We ship our orders from Germany
We use DHL shipping, including tracking
Costs are based on your location:
- Germany €3.99 flatrate
- Europe €7.99 flatrate
Return policy
You can return items within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping is at your cost, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, you’ll get a refund to your original payment method.
- Exchanges are not possible. Please return and re-order.
To start a return, contact us via email, WhatsApp, or contact form with your order number.
Order Change & cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before fulfillment starts. This window is short and not guaranteed.
We can’t make changes (like size, color, or address).
If you made a mistake, cancel (if still possible) and place a new order.
